De politie zou graag in contact komen met een ieder die denkt te weten waar Andrew Scott BURGESS zich nu bevindt.
Dhr BURGESS wordt ervan verdacht in het bezit te zijn van heroine en betrokken bij herione handel in de omgeving van Boronia in october 2006.
Hij was gearresteerd en schuldig bevonden maar kwam niet naar de rechtszaak. Een aanhoudingsbevel is uitgegeven.
